Since the outbreak of COVID-19, housing conditions in Palestine are an even bigger issue than they were before. Inadequate bathroom and kitchen facilities, along with general overcrowding, creates a greater potential for disease outbreak in poorer areas of the country. Uplift Thy Neighbor is undertaking several housing projects in the Old City of Nablus in order to bring living conditions up to par. This area is one of Palestine's densest urban areas and demonstrates incredible need.
